Cancellation Policy for One-on-One Appointments

At The Fite Brand, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, please review our cancellation policy below:

1. No Refunds for Missed Appointments  

   - If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will not receive a refund.

2. Rescheduling Policy  

   - If you miss your appointment, you will be rescheduled at a later date based on availability.

   - Rescheduling is subject to The Fite Brand’s availability and is not guaranteed within a specific timeframe.

3. Missed Appointments Policy  

   - If you miss more than two scheduled appointments, you will be blocked from booking future one-on-one sessions.

4. The Fite Brand’s Right to Reschedule  

   - The Fite Brand reserves the right to reschedule appointments without penalty. If this occurs, you will be notified in advance, and a new appointment will be arranged at the earliest available time.
